RFD-TV, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (along with its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, collectively, "RFD-TV") shall be the exclusive television and radio network sponsor of any athlete participating in RFD-TV's The American rodeo. Therefore, notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, any other television or radio network or related company shall not be eligible to bid during RFD-TV's The American Sponsorship Patch Auction (the "Auction") to be a sponsor of any participating athlete. In addition, in acknowledgment of the exclusive rights of any participating athlete's existing sponsors (each an "Existing Sponsor"), a company that provides a competitive product or service to such an Existing Sponsor (each a "Competing Sponsor") shall not be eligible to bid during the Auction to be a sponsor of any such participating athlete. For purposes of clarity, a company, even if deemed a Competing Sponsor as to certain participating athletes, shall be eligible to bid on any other participating athlete when such company does not provide a competitive product or service to an Existing Sponsor of such participating athlete.
