You must pre-register to bid and buy on site, telephone or internet with Superior Livestock.
If you purchase on-site, settlement will be made on sale day. Absentee buyers will make settlement by wire transfer. Once cattle are loaded on buyer's truck, buyer assumes all responsibility for cattle. Ownership and Title shall not pass until purchases are paid in full.
If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer may immediately resell the lot to the highest bidder. The decision of the Auctioneer shall be final and absolute.
Cows will be cared for and fed at Sellers expense until Tuesday August 14, 2012 at 12:00 noon, at such time all livestock must be removed. No equipment may be removed until all cattle have been shipped.
All cattle sold by the hundred weight will be loaded on buyers truck and weighed at the Dairy's scale w/a 3% shrink.
All cattle will meet the requirements of the State of Texas. Health Certificates for out of state buyers will require a $15.00 fee.
You are welcome to walk through the corrals and inspect the cattle prior to the auction.
Every effort has been made to assure the correctness of the catalog, however, all announcements by the Auctioneer shall take precedence over the printed material.
All cattle over 2 months old are selling with a TB test. Calves under 60 days may be shipped but tested before they are 6 months old.
